to all those old clothes, photos, the thoughts of ‘yeah whatever I love food too much’ BECAUSE it is a journey. Second full week of training starts again tomorrow.
My sisters & I have been at this on and off for the past two years – trying to lead healthier life styles. Having grown up in an environment where food is at the centre of any gathering – it’s taken a lot to mentally prepare ourselves. We have fallen on and off the bandwagon many times.
A wonderful story about a Samoan woman popped up on my news feed who recently celebrated her 100th birthday! What a milestone. Only a few ever get too. I always said I wanted to live that long. Here’s to never giving up and always trying. Strong is definitely the new skinny!
