It’s always the quiet ones you got to look out for.
Going into the finals round as the under dogs I am anything but doubtful of our NZ Vodafone Warriors. Come to think of it, they go into many match ups as the under dogs. Apart from the fact we are the only New Zealand team in the Australian NRL competition. The boys cop a lot come game day. Brushing all talk aside. I believe (and I’m not alone in this) our team will make it.
Ray Warren, commented on how mentally demanding the game is during commentary of the Manly v Brisbane preliminary. The mind is a powerful weapon. The game will not break or make you. It’s your mentality. My interpretation of his words.
All three Warriors squads are playing this weekend in the finals ‘make it or break it’ round. How can any fan not be excited?
Look at how far you have come boys. From that first game of the season to where you are now. Congratulations!
Whether you win (I believe you will) or lose (be sure to put up a great fight) there is much to be proud of. Knowing that you are one game away from grand finals. The realisation that history is in the making. This is food for thought. Bring on game day. Count down begins.
